Demons and the Devil

You believe that God is one; you do well. 

Even the demons believe--and shudder!

James 2:19

John said to him, "Teacher, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop him, because he was not followig us." 

But Jesus said, "Do not stop him, for no one who does a mighty work in my name will be able soon afterward to speak evil of me. For the one who is not against us is for us.

Mark 9:38-40

And demons also came out of many, crying, "You are the Son of God!"

Luke 4:41a

• Demons shudder when they think of Jesus, as should any who is not for Jesus Christ.
• As it says in James 2:19, Demons shudder at the name of Jesus. They fear it. In Mark 9:40
  it says who ever is not for God is against him, so if you are not a Christian, then you are against God.
• Jesus is the opposing force and demons know that they don't stand a chance against him.
• Demons acknowledge God.
• With Faith you can do anything (Mathew 17:20 Mark 9:38)

Consider the people of Israel: are not those who eat the sacrifices participants in the altar? What do I imply then? That food offered to idols is anything, or that an idol is anything? No, I imply that what pagans sacrifice they offer to demons and not to God. I do not want you to be participants with demons. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons.
1 Corinthians 10:18-21



Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings. And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. To him be the power for ever and ever.
1 Peter 5:9-11

• All False god's are demons.
• You cannot believe in God and demons.
• Satan is like a lion, and is ready to devour his prey. Be alert and stay close to God. " Resist him, standing firm in the faith".
• Every Christian is going through trials of there own.
• God " will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast." Trails bring you closer to God.
