Wisdom

If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.
But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
That man should not think he will receive anything  anything from the Lord;
he is a double‑minded man, unstable in all he does.

James 1:6-8 Explains how to get wisdom but what is it? below I listed proverbs and the definition of wisdom. if you don't have wisdom ask and it will be given to you, but you must believe and not doubt that God gives generously to all.


Wisdom:

Definition-
the quality or state of being wise;  knowledge of what is true or right coupled with just judgment as to action;  discernment or insight.

Proverbs of wisdom-

for wisdom is more precious than rubies, and nothing you desire can compare with her.

Proverbs 8:11

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. For through me your days will be many, and years will be added to your life. If you are wise, your wisdom will reward you; if you are a mocker, you alone will suffer.
Proverbs 9:10-12

Pride only breeds quarrels, but wisdom is found in those who take advice.
Proverbs 13:10

He who gets wisdom loves his own soul; he who cherishes understanding prospers.
Proverbs 19:8

Know also that wisdom is sweet to your soul; if you find it, there is a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off.
Proverbs 24:14
